Loaf Pan

We have been using USA loaf pans in our test kitchen for years - and it's one of our favorites! These pans are heavy duty and durable, they are designed to meet the needs of a home baker and the demands of a commercial bakery. This bakeware is made of heavy gauge aluminized steel that allows for even heat distribution, which we have found to be very important with bread baking. The pans distinct fluted surface was designed to maximize strength, resist warping and increase durability. The fluted surface also allows for air circulation which allows for a more evenly baked product that releases easily.
